Humanities:
Math/Science: Brainteaser due Friday. From 11-3 and 11-4 on circumference and area, select any fourteen problems to complete. You may use calculator, though it was great to push those brain cells today with some mental math. We will start tomorrow’s class with feedback for A, E, and S, and continue on with science presentations.
Spanish: Elige un tema para su proyecto del fin del año. La fecha de entrega es lunes el 4 de junio.
POLs: What do you need to prepare for morning meeting tomorrow? Today, you spent some time thinking about what to write for speeches (the process and learning), and you decided to prepare a written speech about each topic you chose by tomorrow’s morning meeting. Eventually, you will share at Presentations of Learning next Tuesday from 6:30-8PM. What more do you need to accomplish as a whole class, and also individually? We will continue our preparations tomorrow.
Here’s an online stopwatch if you need one to test 30 seconds of speaking.
Yearbook Forms: Please return the green yearbook forms with signatures- no money necessary since you helped to create this publication!
CSL: What’s going on Thursday after school? What is your involvement?
P.S. 8th Graders are presenting their Capstone Presentations Thursday night from 6:30-8PM in the NMY Common Room. Hope you and your families can make it!
